How to track time spent and capacity in a team?

As a team lead, you would need a statistic on what time is spent by your team members. You might need additional information about the progress (difference between spent time and capacity). Watch the video guide to discover more or read the instructions below.

How to get general information?

To see the statistics you can open your team on the overview page and get a high-level overview of time spent by each team member during the selected period and compare it with the capacity.

Capacity is calculated based on the assigned workload scheme and holiday calendar. Capacity on non-working days is zero. Total is calculated as the sum of the workload of each working day over a period (month or week).

How to see detailed information?

If you need a detailed overview of spent time you can use the worklog analysis option. On the work log analysis page, you can apply any group options and see the detailed information for each Jira project, Issue, or worklog.
