What is Inspect and Adapt (I&A)?

Inspect and Adapt is an event that takes place at each PI end. Here, current solutions are presented, discussed and evaluated by the ART. This reflection forms the basis of process and product improvements.

Each I&A event consists of the following parts:

• PI system demo
• Measurement of quantity and quality
• A reflection and problem-solving workshop

The problem-solving session often lasts two hours or less.
