What is agile working?

Agile working primarily means greater flexibility, faster adaptation to dynamic changes and closer teamwork than with classic working methods. In addition, the customer’s opinion is the highest value in agile: customers are actively involved in the project process. They get transparent and continuous insight into all processes, creating a clear feedback loop. This enables the team to respond quickly and dynamically to potential changes while the project is still in progress, and to fulfill all requests to their complete satisfaction.

To achieve initial project results as quickly as possible, work is structured in sprints. These are short, iterative development cycles that can last from about a week to a month.
