Team views: Get overview of spent time, capacity and time booking anomalies
Overview
On the team overview page, you can switch between different views:

To switch between different views, please kindly select a view from the drop-down menu.
Team summary

The team summary contains the list of all team participants, who can log time to the team.
It provides general information about the total logged time by each team member and their capacity. Total spent time and total capacity are calculated as the sum of the total spent time by each user and the sum of the capacities of each user.
The progress bar shows how much time in % has already been booked. The total progress is calculated as the sum of spent time divided by the sum of the capacity of each team member.
Group by author

The group by author view provides detailed statistics, where the data is grouped by team members, who can log time to the team.
You can see each work log with the following details: date, ticket, work log comment, and time spent. If the user logs multiple worklogs in one day, they will be shown in the list separately and not summed.
You can see the total logged time per user and capacity per user.
Group by project

The group by project view provides detailed statistics, where the data is grouped by Jira project, which can log time to the team.
You can see each work log with the following details: worklog author, date, ticket, work log comment, and time spent. If the user logged multiple worklogs in one day to the same issue, they will be shown in the list separately and not summed.
You can also see sum of logged time per Jira project.
Timesheet

The timesheet provides a detailed overview, of how much time was booked by each team member, who tracks time to the team.
The timesheet view shows the total spent time, and capacity per user, and for the whole team.
Overbookings, fewer hours, bookings on non-working days are highlighted in red.
Non-working days (team or personal) are shown as colored cells. The color is chosen according to your leave legend color.
