Worklog attributes: How to mark worklogs with specific information?

If you work in a team, who tracks time spent on clients’ tasks and sends invoices to the clients, you might be interested in the worklog attribute option.

Your team lead adds worklog attributes to the team level. Added worklog attributes will be shown on the dialog while worklog creation or editing.

Worklog attributes are added below the Work description field.

There are following attribute types:

  1. Checkbox

  2. Toggle

  3. Select list

You can choose between position ON and OFF for a toggle or mark (select) a checkbox.

These worklog attributes can be used to track night shifts, overbookings, etc.

Select list worklog attributes are shown as a dropdown list, where you can select one option from the list.

Please note, that if team lead removes worklog attributes from the team:

  1. removed worklog attributes will not be available on Worklog analysis. Worklogs will be shown with undefined value

  2. removed worklog attributes will not be available for editing. If you edit an existing worklog, only actual worklog attributes will be shown. After saving this worklog actual attriutes will replace removed attributes of edited worklog
