Analysing and recording the individual requirements of our international customers
Development of customised solution scenarios and implementation of customer requirements
Supporting our customers with customisations, installations and the smooth operation of Atlassian products
Conception and implementation of our customers’ operational processes in the Atlassian tool stack environment
Organisation and implementation of workshops and user training (remote or on-site)
Type of position: Full-time and permanent

Work experience: with work experience (at least 3 years)

What you need to succeed
Completed studies in the field of computer science/business informatics or comparable training
Solid professional experience in IT consulting and customer training
Strong communication skills and solution orientation
IT project management experience and an understanding of the business context of our customers
Very good technical understanding, high quality standards. Service orientation and reliability round off your professional skills
Preferably first experience in Atlassian with a focus on Jira and Confluence, but not essential
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
