Logic extending for the Universal Report – Integration with Timesheet Builder

Work logs that appear as hidden in Timesheet Builder functionality now appear as hidden in Universal Report as well.

Logic update for the Universal report

Spent time and Total are now calculated in the Universal report according to the definition of days and weeks in Jira.
