GDPR (DSGVO) and Security for Jira & Confluence: Cloud Update

Data Cleaner

  • New feature: We’ve added a feature that allows you to export your execution history as CSV or JSON file.
Fields that can be set in the exported file for Jira: Project, Key, Summary, Field, Rule, Action and Status of action.
Fields that can be set in the exported file for Confluence: Space, ID, Title, Rule, Action and Status of action.

  • New feature: We’ve added a new action type “Set content property” for Confluence and Jira. This action type allows you to add some predefined content entity property to the affected page or ticket.
For this action, it is required to fill to two fields:
“Property Key” – a key of the issue property (It should be one word, no spaces and no special chars – maximum length: 255 characters).
“Property Value” – the value of the request body must be a valid, non-empty JSON blob (the maximum length is 32768 characters).

  • Bug fix: We fixed some minor issues in the interface and the functions.
