We have merged our Atlassian licensing and consulting business with our partners over at Seibert Group. The Actonic apps will continue to be developed by the same caring team as before.

Timesheet Builder: Version 1.10.0 Release Notes (DC/Cloud)

Data Center version:

Extension of team calendars

You can now inherit the global calendar at the team level. You can also assign a global calendar to a team member when that team member is added to a team now. This calendar can be defined after the team member is added, and it can also be changed to another global calendar later. The team calendar is used as the default calendar for team members who do not have defined calendars.

New feature: add non-working days to your calendar

At the personal level, you can add personal non-working days and select a reason for your leave, such as vacation, sick leave, or an emergency. Each reason has its own color. Non-working days added at the team level cannot be changed by a team member. You can check the non-working days of team members on the Team’s My Timesheets view. There is a drop-down list on the Team Overview page, please click on Team Summary and select the Timesheet option from the drop-down list. You will see all non-working days added at the team level as gray cells, all non-working days added by team members at the individual level are colored according to the legend.

Extension of Secured Work Logs: Permissions

Secured work logs are shown as hidden if you do not have the permissions to view them.

New function for work logs: Checkbox to block the addition of work logs

We added a checkmark to the configurations that gives you the permission to block the possibility to add work logs of any teams. If this checkbox is unmarked (the admin is able to unmark it), it is not possible to add any work log of a team.

Extension of e-mail notification function

Users get notifications now if a log has been changed or deleted. A custom notification is sent to the work log author if a work log has been added by a user on behalf of another team member with the “manage team work logs” permissions.
