Report Builder: Custom Reports and Dashboards for Jira V. 7.8.0 (Cloud), V. 7.6.2 (Data Center) Release Notes

We are excited to announce several improvements in this release:

• You can now use all your favourite calculations, such as Total Logged Time, Issue Count, and others, in List-type reports. Previously available only in Pivot Tables and Charts, these calculations are now accessible in Lists for greater reporting flexibility.

• Columns in List Reports can now be reordered simply by dragging them to your preferred position. This makes setting up and adjusting your reports faster and more intuitive.

• We have added new date filters, including options like “all except selected period” and “before/after selected date”. These filters give you more precision when analysing time-based data.

• A new Measure, Status History per Issue, is now available. This allows you to track the full journey of an issue’s statuses in one field, helping you audit progress and analyse workflows more efficiently.

These enhancements provide more power, control, and clarity in your daily reporting work.
