Data Protection and Security Toolkit for Jira Version 3.2.1 Release Notes (Data Center)

We are pleased to present you with a collection of exciting new enhancements and features in the Announcer Module of our Data Protection and Security Toolkit for Jira. This version of Data Center is packed with powerful enhancements such as data protection templates, bug fixes and UI improvements for (PII, CCPA, GDPR …)

This is what we have renewed for you

• Added icons for contributors in the Announcer
  • On the dashboard there is now a better column for contributors with updated icons
• Search and filtering in the Templates menu
  • In the Templates tab, we implemented a better search and filtering
• Added background text to the preview
  • In the edit mode, by clicking the preview, we have added a new text line describing the window

Bug Fixes 🐞

• The verification of a template name in the creation wizard was corrected
• The order of actions on the dashboard has been rearranged
• Clickable elements on the dashboard have been corrected, clicking on the template name now leads to the edit mode of this template
• Additional clickable elements were removed from the dashboard
• Export of only filtered information from statistics was fixed
• The intro did not work correctly on the statistics page
• Fixed occasional cursor jumping in the template editor
• The description column was removed from the dashboard
• Fixed a bug on the dashboard which made it not load in some cases
• Fixed that the announcement “Block registration form” was not displayed correctly in the Service Desk.
