Updated Pricing for Actonic Products — Effective March 23, 2026
Dear customers, partners, and friends of Actonic,
We want to be transparent with you about some upcoming changes to the pricing of our Atlassian Marketplace apps, effective March 23, 2026. We know pricing updates are never the most exciting news, so we want to take this opportunity to explain the why behind these adjustments, and to say a heartfelt thank you for your continued trust in our products.
Why Are We Adjusting Prices?
Over the past months, our team has been investing heavily in the future of our apps. Two major initiatives are driving this work:
Migration to the Forge platform on Cloud. Atlassian is moving the Cloud ecosystem toward Forge as the standard for app development. This transition requires significant re-architecture of our apps to ensure they remain performant, secure, and fully compatible with Atlassian’s evolving platform. We are committed to completing this migration to give you the best possible experience on Cloud.
Supporting new Jira and Confluence Data Center versions. Atlassian continues to release new major versions of its Data Center products, and each release brings changes that require us to adapt, test, and update our apps. Keeping our DC apps stable, compatible, and feature-rich across versions is an ongoing investment that we take seriously.
Beyond these two priorities, we continue to improve our apps with new features, better performance, enhanced security, and more responsive customer support. These pricing updates help us sustain and accelerate that work.
Which Products Are Affected?
The following Actonic products will see updated pricing across Cloud (monthly and annual) and/or Data Center (annual) plans:
- Fast Inline Table Editing + Excel Formulas for Confluence — Cloud & Data Center
- Timesheet Builder | Time Tracking & Worklog Reports for Jira — Cloud & Data Center
- Data Protection and Security for Jira (DLP, GDPR, PII) — Cloud & Data Center
- Data Protection and Security for Confluence (DLP, GDPR, PII) — Cloud & Data Center
- Report Builder: Custom Reports and Dashboards for Jira — Cloud & Data Center
- Fast User Switcher (FUS) for Confluence — Data Center
- Show Inline Comments in Editor — Data Center
- Who is Online for Jira — Data Center
The free tier (up to 10 users on Cloud) remains free for all applicable products. For most tiers, the adjustments are moderate and reflect the increased investment required to keep our apps at the quality level you expect. Since we expect a better apps scalability at lower costs in Forge platform, we also made a decision to decrease the prices for a bigger tiers for some apps.
