As we invest in expanding our product functionality and improving user experience, we will be making some changes to the pricing of several of our apps, effective October 16th, 2024.

What’s changing?

We are updating the pricing for the following applications to better reflect the value and range of features now available:

• Data Protection and Security Toolkit for Jira (DLP)

• Data Protection and Security Toolkit for Confluence (DLP)

• Report Builder: Jira Tool for Reports and Dashboards

• Inline Table Editing – Confluence Tables meet Excel

• Timesheet Builder | Time Tracking and Worklog Analysis

Why the price change?

We’ve added significant value to these products by introducing key features requested by our customers, improving the overall user experience, and increasing performance to better support your needs. This price adjustment allows us to continue investing in the development of innovative solutions and maintaining the high level of service you expect from Actonic.

What you need to know

• The new pricing will come into effect on October 16th, 2024.

• For existing customers, the updated pricing will apply upon your next renewal after this date.

Please note that we publish prices based on the user tiers available on the Atlassian Marketplace. Your final cost will depend on the exact number of users at each tier and your billing cycle.

Can I lock in the current pricing?

Yes, you can. Please contact us via our support portal to discuss options for locking in your current pricing.

When will I need to pay the new prices?

The new prices will take effect on October 16th, 2024. However, you will only be charged the updated prices at your next renewal after this date (i.e., with the first renewal you have after October 16, 2024).
