Data Protection and Security Toolkit for Jira V. 3.3.1 and Confluence V. 2.2.1 Release Notes (Data Center)

We are delighted to introduce a compelling array of new upgrades and functionalities within our Data Protection and Security Toolkit for Jira and Data Protection and Security Toolkit for Confluence. These versions of Data Center are packed with powerful enhancements such as streamlined template organization, seamless import/export capabilities, enhanced autosave functionality, and much more.

This is what we have renewed for you

  • The statistics page now displays the statistics sorted by default (newer > older) in Announcer
  • Added the ability to sort templates by columns on the dashboard in Announcer
  • Introduced the option to export/import templates in Announcer
  • Removed the selection of user groups with the block login form display type in Announcer
  • Eliminated the description text preview on the dashboard in Announcer
  • Added autosave feature in creation wizard in Announcer
  • Added ability to paste spaces and select all at once in the Data Cleaner space picker for archived spaces in Confluence
  • Introduced the functionality to send a CSV file with reporting details via email in Data Cleaner

Bug Fixes 🐞

  • Removed extra code from the Templates in the Announcer
  • Fixed the Show Intro button in the Announcer in Confluence
  • Removed redundant log messages from Announcer
  • Now you can export only filtered information in the Statistics in Announcer
  • Fixed UI bug in User Anonymizer, where the arrow was not aligning with the text on the dashboard
  • Fixed a bug when the “Pin to footer and show dialog in the screen center” display type was not pinned in Announcer
  • Fixed a bug with Profile Visibility, where system administrators were unable to see user profiles in some cases
  • Fixed a bug with the “Next” button in the Announcer, which was not behaving correctly in specific cases
