HR Manager (m/f/d) Russian speaking

What you can expect from us
Your cooperation and support is required in all HR areas. This includes traditional recruiting, HR support and development, as well as the implementation and optimization of HR processes. You will work very closely with your colleagues in Germany.
You will prepare job profiles in consultation with the business unit, create and publish job advertisements on the appropriate channels, and identify new and expand current recruiting channels.
You take care of the applicant management, you check the application documents and conduct structured interviews (incl. coordination of appointments), you are responsible for the onboarding of new employees.
You coordinate and conduct regular employee feedback meetings, you take care of vacation requests, sick leave and the professional offboarding of employees.
As assistant to the management you ensure a professional and efficient office management, you support the management in all areas of the operative day-to-day business and are responsible for the coordination of appointments as well as the administration and ordering of work equipment.

Work experience: with work experience (at least 3 years)
Location: fully remote (Russian speaking)
What you need to succeed
You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree (ideally with a focus on human resources)
You have several years of professional experience (3+) in recruiting
You convince with your winning and confident appearance, social and intercultural competence as well as your sociability
You are an organizational talent and have a strong service and results orientation
Your proactive, independent and diligent working style is paired with a dash of creativity
You are characterized by a high level of trustworthiness, reliability, convincing commitment and the ability to work constructively in a team
You have a very good command of English
You are fit in handling the MS-Office products
