You will be adding and supporting new features in our Jira and Confluence plugins that will ship to thousands of users around the world
You will be applying industry best practices and techniques to design, develop, test, deploy, support and maintain complex web applications based on business requirements using approved technologies and coding standards
You will be working with Product Managers, Designers, and other Developers to refine feature design and functionality
You are going to perform design and code reviews and help maintain code quality, performance and application responsiveness
You will be making recommendations to existing infrastructure
Continually engage in professional development
Develop documentation to track
Help and support junior developers with development issues
Train our junior developers on the job

Work experience: with work experience (at least 2 years)
Location: fully remote (Russian speaking)
What you need to succeed
You bring at least 2+ years of experience in developing applications
Expert level in JavaScript programming
Experience in React and Redux programming
Ability to communicate effectively with a software development team on tight deadlines
Able to work with minimal supervision
Proactive problem solver. You leave code and processes in better shape than when you first encountered them
Team player: you are passionate about working with talented teammates. Your heart beats for receiving and giving feedback, to grow both personally and as an developer
Interest and passion to learn and experiment with new technologies and follow the best practices in software development for agile environments
Good written and spoken English skills (your English does not have to be perfect, but you should be able to communicate well in meetings with colleagues and clients)
