In 2022, we:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ak-ul\">\n<li>made about 12k new readers a month happy with our <a href=\"https:\/\/actonic.de\/en\/blog\/\"><strong>articles on the website<\/strong><\/a> and in the <a href=\"https:\/\/community.atlassian.com\/t5\/user\/viewprofilepage\/user-id\/4475736\"><strong>Atlassian Community<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>provided valuable knowledge to over 100 participants <a href=\"https:\/\/actonic.de\/en\/webinar\/\"><strong>in webinars<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>successfully enjoyed 48 kg of coffee (in Stuttgart alone)<\/li>\n<li>won 20 new customers<\/li>\n<li>hired 18 new employees \u2013 but there&#8217;s still<a href=\"https:\/\/actonic.de\/en\/jobs\/\"><strong> room in the team<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>and found 9 new, wonderful partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1171\">And because you can&#8217;t measure everything in numbers, here is a best-of list of our valuable enterprise experiences.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Finally,-live-events-again\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"1288\">Finally, live events again<\/h2>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1316\">Like the previous year, 2022 was dominated by the corona pandemic. Nevertheless, face-to-face meetings and events were possible again under certain conditions. We went to Las Vegas, <a class=\"css-tgpl01\" title=\"https:\/\/actonic.de\/en\/meta-inf-atlassian-day-2022\/\" href=\"https:\/\/actonic.de\/en\/meta-inf-atlassian-day-2022\/\" data-renderer-mark=\"true\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Budapest, <\/strong><\/a>and Wiesbaden and enjoyed meeting partners and friends, whom we have only known online for years, personally for the first time.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;150px&#8221;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;9482&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;9478&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; onclick=&#8221;link_image&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1652\"><em data-renderer-mark=\"true\">&#8220;We are happy to see people in person again,&#8221; <\/em>says Gregor Kasmann, Actonic&#8217;s co-CEO. <em data-renderer-mark=\"true\">&#8220;You can talk to each other completely differently on site than just behind the screen. This year, their work on the Forge app<a href=\"https:\/\/marketplace.atlassian.com\/apps\/1229314\/space-permissions-overview?hosting=cloud&amp;tab=overview\"><strong> Space Permissions Overview <\/strong><\/a>was recognized at the Atlassian <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.developer.atlassian.com\/codegeist-2022-hackathon-winners\/\"><strong>Codegeist 2022 hackaton. <\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Out of more than 3,000 participants from 84 countries, we ended up in the top ten. Awesome.<\/p>\n<p>This was definitely a highlight for Actonic in November. We are excited and proud of our team for achieving this. That&#8217;s why we established a <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">completely flexible way of working<\/strong> in the fourth quarter. In the future, Actonics will no longer have to come to the Stuttgart headquarters regularly \u2013 but will, of course, remain welcome there at all times and will always have a convenient place to work. We don&#8217;t want to miss out on regular on-site team meetings.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"3262\">Working more flexibly will now literally create new spaces for creativity, and is also the basis for making long-awaited dreams come true. New employees joined us from many countries around the world, so <a class=\"css-tgpl01\" title=\"https:\/\/actonic.de\/en\/teamwork-at-actonic\/\" href=\"https:\/\/actonic.de\/en\/teamwork-at-actonic\/\" data-renderer-mark=\"true\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">our teamwork<\/strong><\/a> is now influenced by all kinds of time zones. But you don&#8217;t notice this in our day-to-day business.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"4571\">On the contrary.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"4590\">Since I joined Actonic as Marketing Manager, I&#8217;ve enjoyed a <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">loyal sense of community<\/strong> that I&#8217;ve never experienced before in any company. No matter what&#8217;s going on, if colleagues have an urgent problem, they get help. For example, some of our employees couldn&#8217;t fly in for our Christmas party in Stuttgart. First, we will achieve <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Platinum status <\/strong>as an Atlassian Solution Partner in the first quarter. This is already certain, and the champagne is chilled.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"5858\">As the <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Atlassian Cloud <\/strong>becomes more and more important, the structures at Actonic are also changing. In the past few months, we have performed many migrations to the cloud, so we will slowly but surely evolve into a cloud consulting company. Accordingly, we are looking for more talented consultants who know the benefits of the cloud and can combine imagination and structures.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"6238\">Our apps will also see some updates in 2023, especially when it comes to the <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">user interface.<\/strong> We want to make it more intuitive to use and the layout even more in line with the Atlassian spirit.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"6434\">Of course, we also want to establish more <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">partnerships<\/strong>. After all, what would the world be without good friends?<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Unfolding-new-potential-together\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"6548\">Unfolding new potential together<\/h2>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"6582\">Looking back on this year makes us very happy and proud. Above all, our team, which works across the globe and yet always sticks together to create outstanding products, is Actonic&#8217;s secret recipe for success.
