The main screen you see when you log into the Jira <\/strong><\/a>app is your Jira dashboard<\/u><\/strong><\/a>.<\/strong> There is a standard dashboard (default dashboard which customizes only Jira admins), and a custom dashboard (this one you create and customize according to your needs).<\/p>\n

Creating a Jira dashboard<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Click on “Dashboards” from the main menu<\/li>\n
  2. Click on the “Create Dashboard” button<\/li>\n
  3. Select a layout for your dashboard<\/li>\n
  4. Name your dashboard and click “Create”<\/li>\n
  5. Add gadgets <\/strong><\/a>to your dashboard by clicking “Add gadget.” There are several built-in gadgets available in Jira that you can use, or you can create your own custom gadget<\/li>\n
  6. Configure each gadget by clicking on the gear icon in the top-right corner of the gadget<\/li>\n
  7. Save your dashboard by clicking on the “Save” button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To edit an existing Jira dashboard, follow these steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Click on “Dashboards” from the main menu<\/li>\n
    2. Click on the dashboard you want to edit<\/li>\n
    3. Click on the “Edit” button<\/li>\n
    4. Add or remove gadgets as necessary<\/li>\n
    5. Configure each gadget by clicking on the gear icon in the top-right corner of the gadget<\/strong><\/li>\n
    6. Save your changes by clicking on the “Save” button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      You can also share your Jira dashboard with other users or groups by clicking on the “Share” button and adding the appropriate users or groups.<\/p>\n
