What you can expect from us

  • You support system and network administration in the Windows and Linux environment
  • You work independently on projects with technical support
  • You create new users, accounts and authorizations for our employees and are the contact person for their user problems
  • You install hardware and software
  • You manage our technical equipment and ensure that computers are reconditioned and made ready for service.

What you need to succeed

  • You are still studying for at least one year in an IT-related or technical field
  • At best, you can set up a Windows and Mac computer and are open to dealing with other requirements as well
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of clients and servers as well as database systems and cloud solutions
  • You demonstrate a solution-oriented approach to work and a high level of quality awareness
  • You like to work independently and conscientiously and show a high degree of service orientation
  • You value outstanding cooperation with all departments as well as with (potential) customers. You communicate confidently, clearly and transparently and fluently in German and English
