What you can expect from us
You will act as a deputy for our Head of Marketing and work closely with him and the team
You will play a key role in the development of our marketing department by working with our Head of Marketing to plan and implement the strategic and operational vision
In the immediate, operational work you take over the weekly planning of the team, ensure the implementation of the focus topics and support the team with questions that arise in the daily doing
Your communicative nature helps you to identify development potential in your team members and thereby ensure the structured expansion of our dynamic marketing team
You are heavily involved in the company’s annual planning and make a significant contribution to the overall success of the company

What you need to succeed
Degree with a focus on marketing or communication or similar
Leadership: experience in leading a team and individual development of talent
Profound understanding, passion and expertise in IT
