You are responsible for building up and expanding a trusting relationship with our partners and look after them independently
You will manage the onboarding process and develop your network into strategic partnerships
You plan and carry out regular check-ins to ensure the success of transferred leads and joint customer projects with your partners
You develop and take action to acquire new potential clients with your partners
You conduct quarterly business reviews with your partners to ensure the economic success of the partnership (on-site, remote)
You organize and participate in events in order to continuously expand our network

What you need to succeed
Ideally, you have a successfully completed degree or training programme
You already have 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in the field of sales, consulting, (key) account or partner management
You stand out due to your proactive and independent way of working, as well as your ability to prioritise a multitude of tasks
You manage to inspire confidence and enthusiasm in partners through your positive, structured and solution-oriented manner, while working together to develop strategies for winning new customers
You are enthusiastic about software technology and have no reservations about communicating directly with decision-makers and training customers
You have good presentation skills, a clear sales mindset combined with strong analytical skills
You value outstanding cooperation across all departments, as well as with the (potential) customer
You communicate confidently, clearly and transparently in both German and English
