Due to our strong growth, we are looking for a sympathetic personality for our sales team in Stuttgart, who brings B2B software solution selling experience and leadership experience to develop the team to the next level.
As Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will be at the forefront of our sales team and promote the further development of our team with expertise, motivation and, above all, fun, as well as the continuous achievement of sales targets, reporting directly to our CEOs.
- You build a strong sales culture that puts the customer at the center of all activities. You identify potentials, needs and challenges in order to win the customer for us.
- You lead, develop and build a high-performing sales team.
- You develop lead generation strategies for the middle and upper-middle market and implement them successfully.
- You create strategic analyses of various industries in order to develop new acquisition fields
- You work closely with our Marketing, Consultant and Development Team
- You represent Actonic at fairs/events, but also at customer meetings on management level.
