What you can expect from us
You are responsible for processing and controlling customer enquiries to ensure technical success
You advise, support and accompany our customers in complex quality management questions regarding our IT products
You develop new quality standards for our products, implement them and ensure that they are followed
You bring the measures for ensuring the software quality of product owners, developers and testers into line and thus increase our efficiency
You accompany our agile software development team and support the colleagues with your know-how, for example in the design of test processes, the creation of test concepts or the execution of tests

What you need to succeed
You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a related field of study or have completed an apprenticeship in the IT sector
You already have some IT experience with technical components of a modern IT infrastructure landscape
You have a high willingness to learn, are self-reliant and show initiative
You are a team player and yet able to take on a high degree of personal responsibility
You have a high degree of professionalism and customer orientation, knowledge and experience of test methods as well as knowledge of requirements and project management
You value outstanding cooperation with all departments as well as with (potential) customers. You communicate confidently, clearly and transparently and fluently in English
