What you can expect from us

  • You are responsible for processing and controlling customer enquiries to ensure technical success
  • You advise, support and accompany our customers in complex quality management questions regarding our IT products
  • You develop new quality standards for our products, implement them and ensure that they are followed
  • You bring the measures for ensuring the software quality of product owners, developers and testers into line and thus increase our efficiency
  • You accompany our agile software development team and support the colleagues with your know-how, for example in the design of test processes, the creation of test concepts or the execution of tests

Type of position: Full-time and permanent

Start: immediately

Work experience: with work experience (at least 1 year)

Location: fully remote

What you need to succeed

  • You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a related field of study or have completed an apprenticeship in the IT sector
  • You already have some IT experience with technical components of a modern IT infrastructure landscape
  • You have a high willingness to learn, are self-reliant and show initiative
  • You are a team player and yet able to take on a high degree of personal responsibility
  • You have a high degree of professionalism and customer orientation, knowledge and experience of test methods as well as knowledge of requirements and project management
  • You value outstanding cooperation with all departments as well as with (potential) customers. You communicate confidently, clearly and transparently and fluently in English
