What you can expect from us

As an HR Manager (m/w/d) at Actonic you will support our employees throughout the entire lifecycle. Since we care about the well-being of all employees, you will be in very close contact with them.

The focus of your work will be classic recruiting as well as the implementation and optimization of HR processes and measures.

  • You will recruit new employees and be the company’s face to the outside world. You will represent Actonic and its culture to our potential new colleagues.
  • In consultation with the specialist department, you will prepare job profiles, create and publish job advertisements on the appropriate channels. You will identify suitable channels and expand them.
  • You continuously improve and carry out on- and offboarding
  • You work independently on topics such as process improvement, documentation and the improvement of the employee experience.
  • You organize our legendary Christmas parties, summer parties and other team-building events together with the team.

Type of position: Full-time and permanent

Start: immediately

Work experience: with work experience (at least 3 years)

Location: Stuttgart

What you need to succeed

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree (ideally with a focus on human resources)
  • You have several years of professional experience (3+) in recruiting (incl. active sourcing)
  • You impress with your winning and confident manner, social and intercultural competence as well as your sociability
  • You are an organizational talent and have a strong service and results orientation
  • Your proactive, independent and diligent working style is paired with a sense of creativity
  • You are characterized by a high level of trustworthiness, reliability, convincing commitment and constructive teamwork skills
  • You have a very good knowledge of German and English
  • You are proficient in the use of MS Office products
