Changes to some Actonic apps pricing effective from October 15, 2025.

As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality enterprise-grade solutions and keeping pace with evolving ecosystem standards, we are writing to inform you about an upcoming change to the pricing for our Actonic Datacentre Apps, effective from October 15, 2025.
What’s Changing
As of 15th October 2025, the cost for some Actonic Apps licenses will increase.
The change is necessary to align with rising development, support, infrastructure, and security costs – particularly as Atlassian continues to raise the bar with new features, tighter performance, and enhanced compliance requirements.
This will affect following apps DC editions:
- Report Builder for Jira
- Fast User Switcher (FUS) for Confluence
- Show Inline Comments in Editor (Confluence)
- Who is Online for Jira
- Timesheet Builder | Time tracking and worklog analysis
- Inline Table Editing – Excel Tables for Confluence
This will also affect following apps DC and Cloud editions:
- Data Protection Toolkit for Jira
- Data Protection Toolkit for Confluence

Over the past year we’ve introduced many enhancements to our Datacentre and Cloud apps: improved security and compliance updates, implemented a massive performance optimisations, better scalability, faster support and more integrations to help you get more done with less friction.

To ensure we can maintain a higher level of service, invest in future features, respond quickly to bug-fixes, and support the evolving needs of every customer, adjustments to pricing are necessary.

- Review your current licences & renewals: If your license renewal falls shortly after October 15, you may want to consider renewing earlier under the current rates (if feasible).
